We had a delightful five-day stay at Doukas Caldera Suites. Andrea, our friendly and caring host, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even organizing things for our baby. The newly renovated cave suite with an indoor whirlpool and stunning Caldera views was the perfect base to explore Santorini. Impeccable service, great breakfast choices, and an amazing plunge pool made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place for an unforgettable experience.

The suite was well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and shops. Breakfast was delicious and delivered right to my suite every morning. The indoor pool was a refreshing alternative to an outdoor one, and I enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi. I highly recommend Doukas Caldera Suites for a fantastic vacation.

As a senior woman, I absolutely loved the decoration of Doukas Caldera Suites. The traditional Santorini cave design was beautiful and charming, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and accessible for seniors like me, with minimal steps to climb and easy navigation throughout. It was a comfortable and safe environment for older guests.
It would have been even better if the children working there could provide a handrail or additional support in the bathroom for senior guests.

We stayed in a cozy and charming cave suite with excellent furnishings and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the view of the Caldera from our private terrace was absolutely stunning. the location was perfect, right in the center, close to bars, restaurants, and shops. the host, Andrea, was attentive and provided excellent breakfast options and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. She even arranged a private tour for us which was fantastic.
The tub in the bathroom was a bit cold, but still enjoyable to use.

The Christmas experience at this hotel was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The room was beautifully designed and cozy, with an incredible view of the caldera. The location couldn't have been better, close to all the nightlife and with easy access to the bus station and main promenade. One of the best aspects was waking up to a delicious breakfast delivered right to our door each morning. It was the perfect start to our day in Santorini.
There were a few minor downsides to our stay. the bathroom lacked airflow and air conditioning, which made it a bit humid and difficult to get ready.

We absolutely loved our stay at Doukas Caldera Suites! The value for money was excellent and the room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff, especially Andrea, were incredibly attentive and made us feel like VIP guests.
Breakfast option could be improved by using different containers for serving, as the aluminum foil containers were not as appealing as the rest of the experience.
